Marketing Executive​

Job Description:

Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating and managing the execution of the company’s marketing vision, developing our company brand through different marketing channels, as well as planning and implementing marketing campaigns to promote company products, events or campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning marketing strategies and managing its implementation
  • Work with the sales team to organise and implement marketing promotions and events
  • Design and produce graphics such as online advertisements & promotional materials such as brochures, leaflets, etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns, including events & social media or online campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and lead in-house designers
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks related to marketing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Communications or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in B2B marketing communications experience, preferably in technology fields
  • Familiar with social media or digital marketing related fields

Software Engineer

Job Description:

Software Engineer will be responsible for the design and development of our application, as well as assisting other departments on technological related issues such as automation of business operations and design of analytics features.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test and deploy web application independently
  • Study, employ and integrate any useful new technology for our application platform
  • Conduct regular quality assurance and security testing to make sure our platform is up to industry standard

Requirements:

Web/UI/Graphic Designer

Job Description:

Web/UI/Graphic Designer will be responsible for the design of our website, as well as assisting our technology analysts to design the front-end interface of our core application.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and enhance layouts for websites, application user interfaces
  • Develop website and user interface mockups and prototypes and hand over to our developers
  • Responsible for the development of all the deliverables such as mood boards, storyboards, concept boards
  • Propose user experience strategies and enhance the application user interface
  • Prepare all the graphics matters independently

Job Description:

Business Development Executive will be responsible for planning and managing the execution of the company’s sales activities and business development strategies, optimizing and scaling up growth processes, as well as analyzing user-generated data and implementing solutions in accordance with clients’ feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute sales and business development strategies to acquire new merchant users
  • Consistently conducts market research and analysis to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs against the company’s sales options
  • Optimise, scale and automate growth processes and strategies
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities weekly through cold calling, direct sales, networking, social media and website leads

Merchant Service Executive will be responsible for delivering timely resolution of any issues facing our new and existing merchant users.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical and product related assistance to the Business Development team in pursuit of new clients and/or in support of expansion opportunities with existing clients
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
